Sheila & friends raises funds for KA Norwich

Here’s a lovely photo of Sheila (on the right) and three friends taken at an event Sheila organised to raise funds for KA Norwich and Cancer Research UK. Sheila had her breast reconstruction in March and was so grateful for the support she received from KA at the time that she felt she wanted to give something back. Sheila is a talented seamstress and sold some of her beautiful crafts as well as refreshments at her ‘open house’ event and guests were able to choose which charity would receive their donations. KA just pipped CRUK to the post and we are delighted to be receiving in excess of £180. Thank you so much Sheila. I know you had an exhausting, but fun, day. It gave me a real boost to hear how much you valued KA’s support when you really needed it and I will pass on your lovely comments at our next Committee meeting.
