October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month – a time to come together, raise awareness, and support those affected by breast cancer. At Keeping Abreast, we’re proud to be marking this important month with a host of fundraising events across Norfolk, while continuing to run our support groups nationwide for women facing breast cancer reconstruction.
This year, we’re inviting you to join us by taking three simple steps:
Educate – Take time to learn more about breast cancer reconstruction, and how you can support someone in your life who may be going through it. Greater understanding helps break down barriers and ensures no one feels alone.
Donate – Your donations enable us to keep providing vital services, from support groups to practical information and emotional help for women and their families across the UK.
Activate – Get involved in any way you can! Whether it’s holding your own fundraiser, volunteering your time, raising awareness in your community, or simply sharing one of our posts online – every action helps us reach more women when they need us most.
Together, we can make sure women facing breast cancer reconstruction know there is support, friendship, and understanding available to them.
Thank you for standing with us this Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
