Sometimes you may not know exactly what support you need or where to turn next. Our Keeping Abreast team is here to listen and help you find the information and support that is right for you.

You can contact our Head Office team by phone or email for friendly, confidential support. Please be aware we are a small team of three staff so we will aim to get back to you as soon as possible, our office hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

• Help you understand the support available through Keeping Abreast
• Connect you with one-to-one peer support
• Help you find a local support group or Show & Tell session
• Signpost you to relevant organisations and specialist services

• Help you find support at different stages of your reconstruction journey

Whether you are considering reconstruction, preparing for surgery, recovering or facing further procedures or supporting a loved one, you do not need to know exactly what you need before getting in touch.
